-Drainage en kweek (eventueel op geleide van echo/CT).
-Na klinische verbetering en adequate drainage overweeg switch naar amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur po of clindamycine (bij penicilline-allergie) po.
-Minimaal 2 dagen IV, behandelduur 14 dagen
